1. The qualifying examination Marks card(PUC or10+2).
2. Eligibilty certificate issued by the Rajiv Gandhi University of health sciences in case of candidates from other States and other countries.
3. Transfer Certificate from the previous college or institution where the student last studied.
4. Migration certificate in respect of students from universities outside State of Karnataka.
5. No objection certificate (NOC) from ministry of external affairs, Government of India in case of foreign students.
