IGNOU   is one of the world's largest open universities.  It is one of the few universities to allow you to study while you are on at your own place and pace, the subject of your choice.

IGNOU was established by an Act of Parliament in 1985 as an autonomous Central University under the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
