The qualifyingexamination marks card (PUC 10+2).
Eligibility certificate issued by The Rajiv Gandhi University of
Health Sciences in case of candidates from other States and other countries.
Transfer certificate from the previous college or Institution where
the student last studied.4.Migration certificate in respect of students from universities
outside State of Karnataka. (NOC) from Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India
in case of foreign students.

The college
has a well-equipped reference library of books and journals in Dentistry
and allied subjects.
On
completion of four years of academic training, every student is required to
undergo one-year rotating house surgency (Internship) in the College Hospital.
Hostel
facility is available for both boys and girls in separate Hostel Buildings.
Each
Clinical Department would provide a list of instruments and every student is
required to buy for his/her work, in the Department.
