Incorporated in the year 1972 (Nationalisation of General Insurance Business Act)
as a Subsidiary of General Insurance Corporation of India and Head quartered at Chennai.
Our Regional Office started functioning from 29-5-1982 at No.25, M.G. Road,
Shankaranarayana Building, Bangalore-560 001, and we have 15 Divisional Offices and 28
Branch Offices spread across Southern part of Karnataka and Mangalore. We also have 89
Developement Officers who actively involve themselves in selling the products offered by
the company.
