The owner or lessee or resident of a premises
can make an existing connection through a licensed person of the Board in the form
prescribed and accompanied by three copies of print showing thereon the existing lines in
blue and the proposals in red. There shall be no extension (alteration or removal of
connection of fittings in existence) on the date of application except with the written
permission issued in this behalf by the sanitary Engineer.
