Subscription to Non-Convertible Debentures
KSIIDC also extends financial assistance upto Rs. 5 crorres under its
Non-Convertible Debentures Scheme to well established companies making profits for the
last three years with no defaults to term lending institutions/banks.
This scheme is form augmenting funds for working capital requirements of manufacturing
companies. The redemption of the debentures will be over a period ranging from 18 months
to 30 months. The assistance will be secured by immovable collateral security of the
company or its promoters.
