Use aquarium water on your houseplants:
If you want to keep your houseplants looking beautiful. Next time you water them use water
from a fish tank, the water has lots of nutrients that the plants need....try it you'll
see the results.

Keep your house plants looking good in some rather unusual ways.
Mayonnaise:
Wipe down the leaves with mayonnaise. It coats each leaf with a lasting shine, is
inexpensive compared to the commercial sprays, and does no harm to the plant.
Banana skins:
Wipe the leaves of your plants with the soft inside of a banana skin. It brings up a
lovely shine and removes dust.
Glycerin:
Place a few drops of glycerin onto a soft cloth to wipe the leaves of your house plants.
It will give them a great shine.
Egg white:
To clean your houseplant leaves. Dip a cotton wool ball into some egg white and wipe over
the leaves
Make your own plant labels and markers: Plastic milk
containers can be cut into little plant markers and just use a permanent pen to write the
name of the plant.
Or
You know how when you purchase items & sometimes in comes in those transparent plastic
packaging, that are semi hard, and shaped to fit the item for protection. These also make
good plant markers
