Director Seetharama Karanth showed a lot of promise in his first
directorial venture " Chandramukhi Pranasakhi" which was appreciated for its
novel presentation and extra ordinary performance from lead artists Ramesh, Prema and
Bhavana. Producer N.K. Prakash Babu who had earlier promised this director with a good
break now repeats the same Director in his second venture "Srirasthu Shubhamasthu. |
It is good that Seetharama Karanth only feels that good films can be made by working on
good stories and screen play and making use of the available technology. He had captivated
audience with visually beautiful locations for Chandramukhi Pranasakhi.
During a chat with this Online the Director said that his new film
"Shrirasthu..." will continue with the tradition that he had maintained. It will
be a neat love story which will appeal mainly to the family audience. "It will be a
straight narration in the film, and there will be no gimmicks"-promises the Director
who had assisted Sunil Kumar Desai in many of his films. He also says that he enjoys |

films, even though it is slightly risky and lots of efforts have to go into creating a
good story.
Producer N.K.Prakash Babu who had made his foray into the field of films as a Distributor
says that it is his aim and ambition to make succesful family oriented films, which are
devoid of double meaning dialogues, violence and sex.
Though he was not benefited commercially from his first film, Prakash Babu insists that he
had lot of job satisfaction. |
