Outdoor
Housing Facility
If outdoor housing is to be provided to the dog, it should be done on hard ground and the
area around it should be kept dry. It should be built on a raised platform with slopes on
all sides to avoid accumulation of rain water.
The dog house should be made of a strong material to resist different weather extremities.
It should be seen that the dog is protected from direct hot and cold breezes. The house
should be big with a the bed for it.
It is better if puppies under six months of age, sick dogs, old dogs and pregnant bitches
are given indoor housing facility. |
