- For Salaried Applicants :
1. Latest Salary Slip/Salary certificate, showing all deductions. Salary slip should be
certified by an authorised signatory of the employer.
2. Employment details for the last three years.
3. TDS certificate - Form 16
- For Self - Employed
Applicants :
1. Copies of Income Tax documents for the last three years i.e. computation of income and Income Tax Returns, all certified by a Chartered Accountant.
2. Copies of audited financial statements for the last three years, for the firm / company
where you/your co-applicant is Proprietor/Partner/Director.
3. A note on the nature of business, form of organisation, clients, suppliers, etc.
4. Details on loan(s) availed for business and mode of repayment.
5. Copy of Partnership Deed.

Applicants :
1. Statement of bank account for the past six months.
2. Passport-sized photograph (1 each) of you and your co-applicant.
3. Signature verification from your bankers.
4. Copies of first six pages of your and your co-applicants Passports.
5. Copies of floor plans, title deeds, agreement to sell, etc.
