Upto 25% of the value of property with a maximum of Rs.5 lakhs Minimum margin of 30%
on cost of repairs / renovation.
Rate of interest : PLR / PTLR as the case may be, based on the repayment period.
Repayment : Maximum of 36 equated monthly instalments.
No Holiday Period: repayment to commence in the following month of last
disbursal or 2 months from first disbursal whichever is earlier.
Security: - Equitable Mortgage of flat / house.
Other conditions: Processing Fee, Administrative Fee, Insurance, Engineers
valuation of property / cost of repairs, shall be borne by the applicant.
