BDA allots the sites,
there is a ten year lease period on these sites. The Ownership of the site will be
handed over by the BDA to the applicant only after ten years. If the applicant
constructs a house on the alloted site within a span of three years, then the ownership
will be handed over immediately by BDA to the applicant.
Note:
1. Before buying a land or a house check whether the survey number of the site even
if you are told that it is a Gramthana or Revenue Site is notified by the BDA.
2. Find out whether the
particular area has been included in the CDP (Comprehensive Development Plan) of the BDA.
3. Even if it is a BDA site,
take the documents from the BDA office & have them varified.
