Ingredients
6 bread slices
� kilo grams seedless dates
8-10 walnuts
4 spoons maida flour
� cup milk-honey
oil for deep-fry/enough oil for deep frying

Method

  1. Cut dates and walnuts into small pieces.

  2. Cut the bread slices in a diamond shape.

  3. Fill the dates and walnuts as a sandwich in between two bread slices.

  4. Press the sides with wet hand.

  5. Prepare batter of flour with salt and milk.

  6. Dip the sandwiched bread slices in the batter and deep-fry in oil.

  7. When it cools down, pour honey on it garnish.
