Recipe > Corn Kababs

Ingredients
Boiled or tinned corn - 1 cup
Boiled and grated potato - 1
Boiled / Frozen peas - 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped) - 2
Green chillies, ginger, garlic - minced
Bread - 1 slice (soaked)
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Coriander (chopped)
Amchur powder
Garam masala powder
Salt to taste

 

Method

  1. Saute onions and ginger-garlic-green chilli paste.
  2. Add corn, peas and mash coarsely.
  3. Add potato and soaked bread slice with salt and other powders.
  4. Cool slightly and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from fridge and shape into kababs and deep-fry.
  6. Serve hot with chutney/sauce and thinly sliced onions.
