- Wash rice and black gram and soak for 3-4 hours with
fenugreek seeds in water.
- Grind to a smooth batter by adding water.
- To this, add salt and mix properly.
- Keep it overnight.
- Mix soda to this batter next morning.
- Heat a pan and pour the batter on it using a ladle,
spread the batter to become thin and round and allow it to bake.
- Season with mustard seeds, black gram, red gram,
chilli paste and curry leaves and add sliced onion to this.
- Then add turmeric powder, potato and salt and mix
properly.
- Then add garam masala and garnish with coriander
leaves.
- Now, place 1-2 spoon of this curry on dosa and fold
it lengthwise.
- And serve with chutney.
