Ingredients |
750 g rohu fish,
deboned and flaked |
500 g potatoes,
boiled and peeled |
250 g arvi boiled
and peeled |
2 tbsp flour |
1 tbsp chopped
coriander leaves oil |
4 large onions,
chopped fine |
6 green chillies,
chopped |
� tsp garlic paste |
2 tsp lemon juice |
� tsp chilli powder |
6 cardamom, powdered |
� cup breadcrumbs |

- MASH the potatoes and arvi with a hand blender.
- Add the cream, salt, pepper, flour and one tbsp
coriander leaves.
- Mix well.
- Heat oil and saute the onions, green chillies and
the garlic paste for a minute.
- Add the flaked fish, salt, lemon juice, chilli
powder and cardamom powder.
- Stir and keep aside.
- Spread half of the mashed arvi-potato in a large
greased ovenproof dish to cover the base.
- Spread the fish mixture evenly over it, followed by
the remaining mashed arvi-potato.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs and bake till done.
