Ingredients For Puri..
Maida flour 3 cups
Rava 2 cups
Gee 8 Spoons
sugar 1 cup
Om oil for frying 2 Pinches
        
Ingredients For Halwa...
Rava 2 Cups
Ghee 3/4 Cups
Cardamom Powder 2 spoons
Raisins 8-10
Cashewnuts 10-12
Grated Coconut 1 Cup
Milk 2 Cups

Puri-Halwa

 

Method For Preparing Puri......

  1. Take maida, rava, a little om, salt and mix them well along with water to make dough.

  2. Put ghee in one layer of dough to mix well.

  3. After 2 hours make small poories out of dough and fry them in oil.

  4. Spread poories on the paper to remove excess oil.

Method For Preparing Halwa.......

  1. Fry the raisins and cashewnuts in a pan with some ghee on it.

  2. Take it out and then fry rava. After that heat 2 cups of water.

  3. When it is boiled, add 2 cups of milk to it.

  4. Add sugar, fried cahewnuts, raisins, grated coconut to it.

  5. At the end, add fried rava and ghee evenly and keep on stirring.

  6. Halwa is ready now. Fill each puri with this halwa and serve.
