Ingredients
1 big cup red gram flour
2 big cups sugar
3 big cups ghee

Method

  1. Prepare sugar syrup by adding 1 cup of water to the sugar.
  2. Add gram flour and ghee evenly to the syrup on low flame.
  3. When the mixture leaves sides of the pan, add the remaining ghee and mix well.
  4. Then remove it from the flame and spread evenly on a greased tray.
  5. After its cooled down, cut into rectangle shape.
