Ingredients
4 cups maida flour
1 cup sugar powder
� cup ghee
� cup grated dry coconut
5 grams raisins
oil for deep-fry

Sweet Nippat

Method

  1. Sieve the flour and add a pinch of salt, grated dry coconut and sugar.
  2. Prepare dough and make sati with ghee.
  3. Knead the dough, cut it into round shape with the help of a round cup.
  4. Fix raisins in the middle of the each piece of dough as shown and deep-fry in oil.
  5. Serve it.
