Recipe > Bread Pizza

Ingredients
Bread: 1 loaf
Capsicum: 2 nos.
Tomatoes: 4 nos.
Onion: 2 nos.
Garlic (chopped): 2 tbsp.
Omum: 2 tsp.
Oil: 8 tbsp.
Cheese grated: cup
  

Method

  1. Chop the vegetables.
  2. Heat oil in a pan; fry the omum and add the onions.
  3. When the onions turn golden brown, add the chopped capsicum & tomatoes and fry them till they are done.
  4. Place this vegetable mix on the bread slices and top it with grated cheese.
  5. Heat a tava and place the bread with the filled contents.
  6. Add oil to the sides, cover and cook on one side till done.
  7. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
