- Chop the vegetables.
- Heat oil in a pan; fry the omum and add the onions.
- When the onions turn golden brown, add the chopped
capsicum & tomatoes and fry them till they are done.
- Place this vegetable mix on the bread slices and top
it with grated cheese.
- Heat a tava and place the bread with the filled
- Add oil to the sides, cover and cook on one side
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
