Recipe > Banana Pudding

Ingredients
Ripe bananas - 6 medium sized (half dozen)
Water - 2 to3 cups
Sugar - 250 gm.
Elaichi powder - 2 tsps
Cashews/Badams/Raisins for garnishing.

Method

  1. Finely chop the bananas and keep them aside.

  2. Heat the water and add the sugar when the water comes to a boil. Make a thick jeera.

  3. Now remove the pan from the fire and add the chopped bananas immediately.

  4. Also add the elaichi powder, food colour and cashews/badams/raisins.

  5. Keep in the refrigerator for an hour or two. Serve cold.
