Recipe > Lady's finger soup

Ingredients
2 cups vegetable juice
� cup ginger (sliced)
� cup ladies finger (sliced)
� tea spoon soya sauce
2 tea spoons pepper
salt to taste

Lady's finger soup

Method

  1. Boil 2 cups of water with little salt.
  2. Pour ladies finger into it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Do not overcook.
  4. Drain it. Place vegetable stock in a pan and boil it over medium heat.
  5. Add sliced ginger, soya sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Pour into serving bowls.
  7. Add salt, pepper and ladies finger.
