- Mix the salt & ghee to the flour
& rub well with your fingertips.
- Make a dough with water & knead
well to a soft pliable dough; keep aside for half an hour.
- Divide the dough into equal balls.
- Flatten each ball between the palms
of the hands into a roti.
- Moisten one hand & stick the
roti on to the wall of a hot tandoor or gas tandoor.
- Remove it with gloved hands when
brown spots appear on the roti.
