Application for
loan shall be submitted in any "HUDCO NIWAS" Office in the prescribed form along
with supporting documents.
Proposed owners
of the housing unit for which loan is sought will have to be co-applicants. However, all
co-applicants need not be co-owners.
The applicant can
also appoint a power of attorney in India and the power of attorney should be executed as
per the draft provided by HUDCO. This draft is available at any HUDCO NIWAS office.
