For
purchase or construction of house or flat or composite loan:
It is normally upto 15 years, but the period will not extend beyond the age of 65 years of
the applicant (relaxable by 5 years on the merit of each case). However, "HUDCO
NIWAS" will endeavour to determine the repayment period to suit the convenience of
the applicant. In case the applicant wishes to extend the period of repayment beyond 15
years, it can be extended upto 20 years. However, in such cases, additional interest
of 1/2% p.a. will be charged over and above the rates quoted above.
For
purchase of plots:
Repayment period upto 10 years but not to extend beyond the age of 65 years (relaxable by
5 years on the merit of each case) of the applicant. Additional interest of 1/2% in case
of repayment period beyond 10 years and upto 15 years.
For
extension/improvement of existing house or flat:
Repayment period upto 10 years but not to extend beyond the age of 65 years (relaxable by
5 years on the merit of each case) of the applicant. Additional interest of 1/2% in case
of repayment period beyond 10 years and upto 15 years.
For
registration of existing housing units:
Repayment period upto 5 years but not to extend beyond the age of 65 years (relaxable by 5
years on the merit of each case) of the applicant.
