Eligibility Criteria
Prior to the sanction of the loan, you need to fulfil certain parameters.
  
If you are a salaried individual:
  1. Your minimum gross annual income should be Rs.85,000.
  2. You should be a minimum of 25 years of age.
  3. Your age can be a maximum of 60 years or your retirement age, whichever is earlier at the time of loan maturity.
  4. You should have at least 2 years of work experience.  
If you are self-employed:
  1. You should be minimum of 25 years of age and maximum of 65 years .
  2. Your company should be in operation for the last 3 years.
  3. Your company should be making profits.
  4. You should have filed IT Returns for the last 2 years .
