Eligibility

To be eligible you need to:

Be a non-resident Indian in the United States, holding a valid Indian Passport.
Be over 25 years of age and below 58 years at the time of maturity of the loan.
Have an annual Income of over US $45000.
Be employed is the United States for at least two years.
Bring in one family member as a co-applicant.
Purchase a residential property in either Bangalore, Calcutta, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Mumbai or Pune.
