The interest rate is calculated on
an annual reducing basis.
Processing fee of 0.5% of the loan
amount payable at the time of application.
Administrative fee of 0.5% of the
loan amount payable at the time of first disbursement.
No commitment fee.
No fee for part prepayment. In the
case of full prepayment or foreclosure, 2% will be applicable on amount prepaid including
any such amounts prepaid in the last one year.
