The interest rate is calculated on an annual
reducing basis
Processing fee is 0.75% of the loan amount payable
at the time of application.
Administration fee of 0.50% at time of first
disbursement.
No fee for part prepayment. In the case of full
prepayment or foreclosure, 2% will be applicable on amount prepaid including any such
amounts prepaid in the last one year.
