This Association was formed in the year 1996, by a group of Professionals
who are in Real estate Industry for quite sometime now. Mr. Harinath, Mr. Somashekar, Mr.
Krishnamurthy, Mr. Prabhakar, Mr. Chandrashekar and Mr. Yogesh were involved.
In founding and developing this organisation. Elections are held every year to elect the
president and the governing body.
Any Company in the real estate field can apply for an annual membership (Fee: Rs.12,500),
a life membership (Fee: Rs.25,000) and a Patron membership (Fee: Rs.1,00,000) with the
relevant documents and the Projects of their company.
They have weekly and monthly meetings to solve various problems of the developers, to
fight against the beauracracy relevant and unnecessary rules, regulations, procedures,
documentations created by the government and also to fight against a few fraud and benami
developers who are spoiling the reputation of the Bangalore Real estate industry.
