Loan scheme for

(a) Ready built office/ construction of new office building
Firms and companies which have been in operation for at least 5 years with a successful track record for preceding 3 years are eligible for assistance (scheme applicable to Bangalore city only). Debt equity ratio is 2:1 and minimum promoter's contribution will be 25%.


(b) Acquisition of land/ building/ commercial space
Individuals, firms and companies are eligible for assistance for acquiring industrial plots/ commercial land as a part of projects that can be financed by KSFC. Assistance can also be extended for acquiring ready built commercial space in a multistoried complex for the purpose of setting up hotels and restaurants or other activities that can be financed by KSFC. Debt equity ratio 2:1 and minimum promoters contribution will be 25%.

(c) Construction of godowns and warehouses
Individuals, firms and companies are eligible for financial assistance for the construction of godowns and warehouses for own use or for promoters contribution will be 25%.
