KSIIDC extends Equipment Leasing facility on a selective basis to established units with a good track record. Under the scheme, a wide variety of machinery and equipment can be leased on attractive terms.

The special features of this scheme are

• 100% of the equipment costs can be financed
• Sanctions and disbursements of funds are quick, since the formalities are simple.

The minimum amount KSIIDC can consider under this scheme is Rs. 25 lakhs and the maximum is Rs.300 lakhs. However, the Corporation may insist on a suitable collateral security and consider syndicating the required lease funds up to an extent of Rs. 500 lakhs on a selective basis.
