Liberalise Higher Education

The government would like to thank all the people who have made Karnataka, the Mecca of Higher Education. New institutions that concentrate primarily on IT will be encouraged.

Old institutions desiring to convert their seats from other streams into IT will be allowed to do so. Technical standards and quality will be kept up.
