The small scale units should submit the application duly filled, in duplicate to the General Manager, district industries center of the concerned district.
The application of medium and large scale units and for allotment of land in Bangalore district has to be submitted to the executive member.

The application in duplicate should accompany the following:

Brief project profile in duplicate.
PRC/DGTD registration/license from Government of India in duplicate.
Memorandum and articles of association/partnership deed wherever applicable in duplicate.
Plan indicating utilization of land should be drawn to scale mentioned in the form, with list of machinery has to be submitted in duplicate.
Earnest money deposit at the rate of Rs.500/- per acre or part thereof by a demand draft drawn in favour of the board.
10/15% of the cost of land applied in respect of industrial areas in Bangalore District to be paid by a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the board.
All the columns in the application form should be filled up with out leaving any blank or indicating "refer project report", etc.
Non-compliance with any of the conditions listed above will make the application liable for rejection without any notice.
