KSSIDC: (Karnataka State Small Industries Development Corporation)
On notification by KSSIDC, application forms can be collected from and submitted to the concerned chief manager (IEs). The application duly filled-in, must be accompanied by:
- A detailed project report.
- A DD for the scrutiny Fee and EMD as prescribed by KSSIDC.
- A provisional or Permanent SSI Registration Certificate.
- The partnership Deed (in case of partnership firms)
- Memorandum and articles of association ( in case of private/public limited companies)
- A phased production approval copy (if applicable only)
- Income tax clearance certificate and the latest audited balance sheet and profit and loss account (in case of existing units).
- On receipt of the allotment letter, the allottees are required to pay 10% EMD and 5 % in respect of SC/ST allottees. They can then take possession of the shed by executing the necessary Lease-cum-sale agreement.
- In high demand areas, the sheds are allotted on an outright sale basis, 99% of the cost is collected at the time of handing over possession and the a balance 1% of the cost is spread over a period of 5 years.
- In less demand areas, sheds are allotted under Hire purchase monthly installment basis spread over a period of 10 years of which 2 years is allowed as moratorium period. The allottees will become the owner of the shed on complying with all other terms and conditions of the lease. They can also opt for reduction in the lease period of 5 years.
- In low demand areas, shed a are allotted on a rental basis with an option to purchase, at the end of the 10th year at a pre-determined cost.
- The SC/ST entrepreneurs are entitle to 40% of subsidy on the cost of plots/sheds allotted in any of the Industrial Estates as per the Government directives.
