Introduction

After finalizing on the project, the first step to begin an industry is to register. To make it more convenient for the industrialists the state Government has established District Industries Center (DIC) in the District head quarters and Taluk Industrial centers (TIC) in all the Taluks. First a provisional registration certificate will be issued, later on after the field visit by the officials if necessary the permanent registration certificate will be issued (PRC). This is a very important document while applying for finance, industrial sheds etc. Application is available in all TICs for Rs.3/- and 6/- for provisional and permanent registration certificates respectively.
