Documents required for obtaining provisional registration certificate

Duly filled in application form should be submitted along with the documents to the concerned authority.

• Application should be filled in the prescribed format.
• A court fee stamp of Rs.2/- has to be affixed to the application form.
• If the investment on plant and machinery is less than Rs. 25 lakh, filling the prescribed application form is sufficient. In case of investment on plant and machinery exceeding Rs.25 lakh, project report is compulsory.
• In case of partnership concerns: copy of partnership deed should be provided.
• Private limited/Limited company has to produce a copy of the memorandum of Association/ Articles of Association.
