For a rosy face :
These are homemade treatments that will put a rosy glow on your face.
Boil fresh rose petals and use this rose water instead of plain water for your skin
treatments. Prepare a rose facemask by grinding a handful of petals into a paste. Apply on
clean skin and leave the application on for 15 to 25 minutes. Then wash with plain water
(no soap). Your complexion will be smooth and glowing.

Dehydrated Skin :
Winter months can often mean centrally heated home containing little moisture.
To solve this problem, invest in a humidifier or even place bowls of water around your
home. It doesn't take a lot to put moisture back into your environment, you simply have to
remember to do it."

For Soft Hands :
1/4 cup sugar enough lemon juice to make a paste.
Combine the sugar and juice and then scoop a small amount into your hand. Massage for a
minute or so and then rinse hands with warm water. Hands will feel velvety smooth. While
still damp, slather on hand cream. Sugar paste can be stored in the refrigerator and used
when required."

Dos
and Dont's of Perfume: |
DO wear more perfume if you have dry skin. Scent needs oils to last.
DO wear stronger scents in cold weather. Cold reduces a scent's strength.
DO wait ten minutes before deciding to buy a new scent.
DON'T use deodorant soap where perfume is applied.
DON'T use perfume near pearl or costume jewelry. The alcohol in perfumes
can cause pearls to yellow and can strip the coating off jewelry.
DON'T sample more than two or three new scents at a time. Your olfactory
senses will become confused."
