In respect of registration of Lease/ Lease cum sale/ Sale deed/ Absolute sale deed of Land/ Shed:


  1. Application on letter head or plain paper
  2. Copy of P.R.C/ P.M.T. Certificate
  3. Project report
  4. A copy of Shed/ Land Allotment letter

In respect of registration of Loan Documents:

  1. Application on letter head or plain paper
  2. Copy of P.R.C/ P.M.T certificate
  3. Project report
  4. Loan sanction details: Loan sanction letters from K.S.F.C/ any bank.
