Issue of
written receipt by landlord to give a written receipt for any amount received by him in
respect of any premises:
Under Section 26(1) of the Bombay Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rate (Control) Act, 1947,
every landlord shall give a written receipt for any amount (at a time when such amount is)
received by him in respect of any premises in a prescribed form.
