The Bombay Rents,
Hotel and Lodging House Rates (Control) Act,1947
Format prescribed under the Act for issue of receipt by the landlord in
respect of any premises:
Under Rule 3 of the Bombay Rents Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control Rules, 1948, the
format for receipt given under Section 26 for the amount of rent received in respect of
any premises shall be in Form I.
